Nexstar Media is seeking a Digital Producer for the KOLR/Ozarks FOX/KOZL Production staff in Springfield, Missouri.

You will organize content for our digital platform, coordinate between Production, News, Lifestyle, Promotions, and Digital departments, and help manage schedules for original programming.

Responsibilities include creating social media content, keeping websites up-to-date, operating OBS/VMIX, testing equipment, and training staff.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma required.
• Fluency in English; excellent written and oral communication.
• Experience with online platforms and social media; proficiency with computers and editing systems.
• Experience with OBS Studio, Adobe Suite and Canva preferred.
• Experience in content creation, broadcast TV or related field preferred.
• Excellent organizational and deadline-driven skills.

Aufgaben

• Organize content for the digital platform and coordinate between Production, News, Lifestyle, Promotions and Digital departments.
• Maintain recording and production schedules for original programming.
• Lead and assist in creating new digital shows, videos and specials.
• Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure smooth workflow.
• Keep websites, social media pages and platforms up-to-date with latest content and publish schedules.
• Operate and train staff on OBS and VMIX; test equipment and ensure proper operation.
• Identify opportunities to improve in-house production and content quality.
