Job summary

Texas A&M AgriLife is seeking a Project Coordinator I to produce and manage online educational content, including articles, blogs, videos, and podcasts. The role supports website content management, SEO, social media promotion, and digital strategies to expand reach.

You will work under supervision with the Educational Content Management Team, collaborating with faculty and specialists to adapt research into engaging digital resources. This on-site position is based in College Station, TX.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Agricultural Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Media, Multimedia Production, or related field.
Three years of related experience in project coordination/administration.
Experience with online articles, blogs, videos, podcasts, and multimedia content.
Familiarity with WordPress and basic SEO practices.
Ability to work on-site in College Station, TX.

Responsibilities

Coordinate production, editing, publishing, and promotion of online educational content.
Assist with video recording and production: camera setup, audio, lighting, editing, and captioning.
Collaborate with faculty and subject matter experts to transform research into digital content.
Publish articles using WordPress and optimize pages for accessibility and SEO.
Monitor content performance and support scheduling across channels.
