Salary Grade: 160E Salary Pay Range for This Position: $102,896.00 - $154,395.00

Position Summary

The Digital Content Marketing Senior Program Manager leads overall digital content strategy and development across all digital platforms, including web, mobile, and intranet. This individual contributor role focuses on digital content management, including brand, copy, design/imagery, personalization, and end-to-end digital journeys. The position requires experience combining content strategies with digital experiences, using data-driven decision-making to enhance digital growth, engagement, and conversion. They partner cross-functionally to ensure seamless, user‑centric content that aligns with organizational goals and delivers measurable business impact.

Essential Position Functions
  • Website & Content Management: Oversee publishing processes, maintain content accuracy, and ensure brand consistency across web and mobile platforms.
  • Content Strategy & Governance: Develop and maintain digital content standards, perform content audits, identify content gaps, and establish governance processes that improve content quality, consistency, and effectiveness.
  • Digital Personalization & Testing: Implement personalization tactics using data insights to enhance user engagement and conversion rates. Use testing to optimize digital experiences.
  • Journey Mapping: Design and optimize digital journeys across web and mobile, ensuring intuitive navigation and cohesive user experiences.
  • Performance Analysis: Define, monitor, and report on KPIs including conversion rates, engagement, organic traffic, search performance, and digital journey effectiveness. Develop insights and recommendations to improve business results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ensure collaboration between Marketing and IT teams to align digital initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Innovation & Best Practices: Stay current on emerging technologies, AI-driven personalization; champion continuous testing and optimization of content.
  • Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to accessibility guidelines, data privacy regulations, and internal governance policies. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities

Bachelor’s Degree required and three to five years of experience in digital marketing or marketing. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including other marketing teams, digital channels, IT, compliance, analytics, and external partners. Ability to work with little supervision and ability to make sound decisions in accordance to brand standards and department guidelines.

Computer Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Must be proficient in technology applications including the Credit Union’s operating system and specialized software required for performance of position.
  • Web Analytics: Ability to use Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar tools for tracking user behavior, conversion rates, and engagement metrics.
  • A/B Testing & Optimization: Experience testing and optimizing content on digital platforms.
  • Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Ability to compute rates, ratios and percentages.

Work Environment
