  • Maintain brand websites with content updates and SEO.
  • Run email campaigns; nurture campaigns and reporting.

  • Produce sales sheets, one-pagers, and show graphics using master templates.
  • Manage marketing automation CRM: lists, forms, scoring, attribution reporting.
  • Coordinate with contractors for overflow design and specialist deliverables.
  • Coordinate trade show logistics and follow-up sequences.

OVERVIEW

The Digital & Content Marketer will play a key role in supporting and executing integrated marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support business development efforts. This position bridges the gap between strategic planning and hands‑on execution by developing content, managing digital campaigns, supporting product marketing initiatives, and analyzing performance data. The Digital & Content Marketer works closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful communication across all platforms.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Standardize and template recurring processes, materials, and communications whenever possible to improve efficiency, ensure brand consistency, and enable scalable execution.
  • Maintain brands’ websites including content updates, SEO, landing pages, forms, lead capture.
  • Run email and nurture campaigns: build, send, and report across brands.
  • Manage social media and the content calendar
  • Produce routine design and collateral including sales sheets, one‑pagers, show graphics, social assets and using master templates set by the Marketing Manager.
  • Own the marketing automation / CRM marketing layer: campaign setup, lists and segmentation, forms, lead capture and scoring, and campaign attribution reporting.
  • Execute trade show logistics including booth materials, pre- and post-show campaigns, follow‑up sequences.
  • Coordinate with contractors on overflow design and specialist deliverables.
SUCCESS MEASURES
  • All brands have a current, working web and content presence.
  • Sales gets the collateral it needs, on time.
  • Campaigns ship on schedule and leads are captured and handed off cleanly.
  • The marketing automation layer is well‑run and reportable.
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Communications Required
  • 2+ Years of Experience Required
  • Ability to work across all levels of the organization in a team environment
  • Ability to perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment
