State Street is seeking a strategic and collaborative content professional to lead website management, content operations, and governance within its Global Marketing organization. You will manage AEM-enabled publishing, end-to-end workflows, localization, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure consistent, compliant digital experiences across markets.

You are a strategic and collaborative content professional who combines strong editorial judgment with a passion for delivering exceptional digital marketing experiences. You understand how content supports business objectives and can translate complex topics into clear, engaging, audience-focused communications.
You bring experience working in digital marketing, content strategy, web content management (or a related field) along with direct experience with enterprise content management systems and digital publishing workflows. You understand digital channels and best practices for online content. Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), search engine optimization (SEO), answer engine optimization (AEO), analytics, and regulated industries, particularly financial services, is a plus.
You are highly organized, meticulous, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You build strong relationships across teams, communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, and enjoy collaborating to solve problems and deliver results.
