Brand + Creative | Reports to Director of Digital Content
About the Role
Furniture.com is looking for a highly visual, organized and digitally savvy Digital Content Production Associate to join our Brand + Creative team.
Sitting at the intersection of content, photography, interior styling and ecommerce, this role will help bring Furniture.com's inspirational and shopping experiences to life across the site.
You'll work closely with our Director of Digital Content to turn content plans into finished work. From building curated shoppable product lists and processing incoming product photography to creating simple visual assets, publishing content, and supporting landing experiences, you'll help maintain the day-to-day quality of Furniture.com's digital content ecosystem.
This is an ideal role for someone with great taste, strong visual instincts and an obsessive attention to detail who loves interiors and furniture but is equally comfortable working inside CMS tools, Figma, Photoshop and spreadsheets.
You don't need to be an interior or graphic designer, but you should be the kind of person who can look at 100 sofas, quickly pick the rug, coffee table and lamp that complete the room, and present them in a way that makes someone want to shop. And you should get just as much satisfaction from 200 product images that are cropped, named and uploaded correctly.
What Youˇll Do
Product Curation + Moodboards
- Curate furniture and decor across Furniture.com's assortment for editorial stories, campaigns, paid-media landing experiences, seasonal moments and onsite content.
- Pair products into cohesive moodboards by style, room, price point and season.
- Build and maintain product lists, Favorites lists and collections that can be used across Marketing and the customer experience.
- Support curated shopping experiences such as:
- Apartment Finds Under $X
- Editor's Picks
- Shop the Room
- Seasonal edits
- Style-based collections
- Partner with Marketing and Paid teams to create relevant product destinations for campaigns rather than sending customers to generic category pages.
- Regularly validate product availability, pricing and retailer restrictions before content goes live.
- Develop a strong working knowledge of the Furniture.com assortment and identify products that feel relevant, timely and on-brand.
Content Production + Publishing
- Build, upload and publish weekly editorial and inspirational content across static, carousel, moodboard and other formats using Qiwi and other internal content tools.
- Create and maintain content modules across Furniture.com, including landing pages and product-storytelling modules on PDPs.
- Assist with promotional and seasonal site updates.
- Maintain existing content and refresh products when items become unavailable or outdated.
- QA published experiences for accuracy, functionality and visual quality.
Visual Production + Design
- Process incoming product imagery: review, crop, resize and rename files to our conventions.
- Upload and manage imagery within Cloudinary and related systems.
- Prepare imagery and product assets for publishing across different digital placements.
- Create lightweight digital assets in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite using established templates, including:
- Moodboards
- Carousels
- Content modules
- Simple editorial and promotional graphics
- Category icons
- Work within the Furniture.com visual systems established by Brand Design.
- Partner with the Brand Design team when an assignment requires higher-level creative development or art direction.
Content Operations
- Own day-to-day publishing workflows and content QA.
- Maintain an organized calendar of onsite content updates.
- Track bugs, broken experiences and content issues, and coordinate fixes with the appropriate Product/Engineering partners.
- Maintain product/content trackers and ensure assets, links and information are current.
- Help improve repeatable workflows so content can be produced and published more efficiently.
What we’re looking for

- Experience publishing in a CMS or ecommerce platform.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage high volume and turn work around quickly without losing accuracy.
- Working proficiency in Figma, used mainly with existing templates.
- Comfortable moving between repetitive production tasks and creative styling work.

- Nice to have
- Experience creating moodboards or interior-design presentations.
- Experience with Cloudinary, Jira or a digital asset management system.
- Basic familiarity with AI-assisted creative tools.
- Basic analytics (GA, PostHog).
