Job summary

The Hagerman Group is seeking a Creative Digital Content & Media Specialist to tell our story across social media, websites, videos, campaigns, events, and marketing materials.

From concept to publication and performance tracking, you will create content that strengthens our brand and supports business growth, coordinating with teams on projects, events, and campaigns. This role requires a curious, digitally savvy storyteller who can turn complex topics into engaging narratives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience in content creation, digital marketing, communications, or a similar role.
  • Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
  • Portfolio showcasing content, social media, video, design, or digital marketing work.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and content management tools.

Responsibilities

Location:This position will be located at one of our Hagerman Offices (Fishers IN, Fort Wayne IN, or Louisville KY). This is not a remote position.

Job Summary:

Hagerman is looking for a creative storyteller and digital marketer who can turn ideas into content that informs, engages, and inspires.

As our Digital Content & Media Specialist, you'll help tell the Hagerman story through social media, websites, videos, campaigns, events, and marketing materials. From concept to publication and performance tracking, you'll create content that strengthens our brand and supports business growth.

Create Content That Connects

  • Develop and publish content for social media, websites, blogs, campaigns, and marketing materials.
  • Create videos, graphics, project features, employee spotlights, and company updates.

Drive Our Digital Presence

  • Manage content calendars and digital campaigns from planning to launch.

Support Marketing Campaigns & Events
