Horizon Credit Union is seeking a Digital Communications Specialist to lead email marketing, automation, and cross-channel communications for members. You will manage campaigns, journeys, segmentation, and dashboards, coordinating branch reader boards and ensuring consistent brand voice across channels.

The Digital Communications Specialist is responsible for executing and optimizing member communications across Horizon Credit Union's digital channels. This role serves as the primary administrator of email marketing and marketing automation initiatives, managing one-time email campaigns, automated nurture journeys, audience segmentation, and personalization efforts. Working closely with design, copy, PR and social media teammates as well as other stakeholders, this position ensures member communications are timely, relevant, and aligned with organizational goals. This position also manages branch digital reader board content, oversees communications calendars, and helps drive efficiencies and strategic alignment across member-facing communication channels.

The full pay range for this position across all the states in which we hire is $27.51-$38.51. The figures shown represent the minimum and maximum of the range for this role. Individual offers are made dependent upon a candidate’s experience, education, and skill level.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or related field preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
To perform the essential functions of this position an employee must be able to meet the following workplace demands: the ability to converse with others, detect sound, identify, and detect objects, count, read, write, operate a computer, handle, and feel objects, reach with hands/arms and be stationary and/or stand and/or move for long periods. Occasionally an employee will lift/pull/push and carry up to 25 to 50 pounds, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, climb, and be able to maintain balance doing these activities.
