Position: Digital Communications Manager
Salary: $70,000-$75,000 annually
Location: Phoenix, Arizona
Reports to: Executive Director
Type: Full-time, exempt
Travel: Some Required (in-state and occasional out-of-state)
This position’s schedule will vary based on the needs of the campaign and point in the cycle and will require evening/weekend work over the course of the cycle.
This is a bargaining unit position.
The Digital Communications Manager will lead the Arizona Democratic Party’s day-to-day digital presence, creating compelling video and social media content while supporting digital organizing work. This role is responsible for growing our online audience, shaping our message, and turning digital engagement into real-world action—from voter registration to volunteer recruitment. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller and fast-moving communicator who can produce high-quality content and respond quickly to the political moment.
This position will be central to telling our story, growing our movement, and helping Arizona Democrats win in 2026.
