Job summary

Vinik Sports Group (Tampa Bay Lightning) seeks a Digital Brand Assistant to support the Content & Digital Brand team in crafting engaging digital content and growing fan engagement across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

You'll assist with content production, calendar management, and on-site shoots, while helping develop Creator Network initiatives and data-driven strategies to connect with Gen Z and Millennials.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in digital marketing or content creation.
• Bachelor’s degree in video production or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of social platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X).
• Experience editing and publishing short-form video for social media.
• Proficiency with video editing software (Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut).
• Strong storytelling and brand consistency.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Availability for flexible hours including game/event days.

Responsibilities

• Assist planning, coordination, and execution of video productions.
• Create, edit, publish and optimize short-form video for TikTok, Reels, Shorts.
• Edit and produce engaging digital content for social campaigns.
• Support on-site production activities during shoots; lead smaller projects.
• Maintain content calendars for timely digital campaigns.
• Track production schedules, asset delivery, and distribution.
• Assist with publishing and delivery to stakeholders and partners.
• Monitor trends and identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
• Help develop content strategies for Gen Z and Millennials.
• Support Creator Network development and creator selection.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Define campaign metrics with marketing, content, analytics, partnerships.
• Create KPI reports with learnings and action items.
• Assist with performance tracking and content organization.
• Deliver senior management-ready presentations on analytics and trends.
• Provide day-to-day support for the Digital Brand team.
