Our entrepreneurial Digital Platforms team is seeking a high-performing Digital Banking Product Owner with a passion for building innovative technology, developing solutions to complex problems, and helping scale our platform.
As a Product Owner, you will lead exciting technology initiatives to bring new products to market for both the Morgan Stanley and E*TRADE client-facing platforms across web and mobile. This is a highly collaborative role in which you will work closely with digital Product Managers and partner with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, operations, legal, risk, compliance, fraud, and business stakeholders to transform the experience for our customers. You will help define and drive the digital product strategy and then develop, launch, and enhance the platform to meet customers’ unique needs.

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $140,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
