Job summary

PwC in the United States is seeking a Digital Assurance & Transparency Associate to support client engagements focused on digital controls, data-driven processes, and technology-enabled business activities within our Assurance practice.

You will learn from senior team members, perform walkthroughs, testing of IT controls, data validation, and governance reviews, and contribute to documenting findings in a clear, organized manner.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in one of the listed fields.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 overall.
• Eligible to sit for CPA exam in the intended state or licensure as a CISA.

Responsibilities

• Support digital assurance procedures by testing IT controls and data quality for financial reporting.
• Perform walkthroughs, documentation, and evidence collection across systems and processes.
• Apply auditing methodologies to identify control gaps and risks.
• Review technology-enabled workflows for compliance and governance.
• Analyze data from enterprise applications to support audit procedures and issue identification.
• Validate design and operating effectiveness of internal controls and IT governance.
• Communicate observations to engagement teams and document findings clearly.
• Adapt to client environments and learn new tools while collaborating within teams.
