Job summary

PwC Louisville is seeking a DAT - Intern to join our Assurance practice and gain hands-on exposure to digital assurance and financial reporting processes. You will support audit teams, learn PwC methodologies, and contribute to project goals while developing your professional brand.

You must be pursuing or have completed a degree in accounting, MIS, analytics, or IT with a minimum 3.0 GPA and eligibility to sit for CPA or CISA.

Responsibilities

• Supporting audit teams in conducting independent evaluations of financial reporting
• Participating in the application of auditing methodologies to assess compliance with regulatory requirements
• Observing and learning from experienced auditors to gain exposure to PwC's practices and methodologies
• Assisting in the preparation and analysis of data to uphold transparency and integrity in financial assessments
• Engaging in basic tasks and research to contribute to the team's success and project goals
• Applying a learning mindset to develop personal skills and gain confidence in decision-making processes
• Gathering information from various sources to analyze facts and discern patterns in financial data
• Collaborating with team members to enhance understanding of compliance and governance processes
• Utilizing cloud engineering principles to support the systematic approach to audit processes
• Accepting feedback constructively to improve performance and contribute positively to team dynamics
