Job summary

The Houston DAT Intern at PricewaterhouseCoopers joins the Assurance practice to observe and participate in audit processes, conduct research, and support project teams on client engagements. You will learn PwC methodologies while developing professional skills in a learning-focused environment.

You will observe experienced auditors, perform basic tasks, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality financial reporting.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or have completed a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, MIS, Business Analytics, CS, or IT.
At least a 3.0 overall GPA.
Before starting full-time at PwC, meet educational requirements to sit for the CPA exam or licensure as a CISA.
Client service intern positions are entry-level; candidates are typically in their third year of a four-year degree or fourth year of a five-year program.

Responsibilities

Supporting audit teams in conducting independent evaluations of financial reporting.
Participating in auditing methodologies to assess compliance with regulatory requirements.
Observing and learning from experienced auditors to gain exposure to PwC's practices.
Assisting in the preparation and analysis of financial data to uphold transparency and integrity.
Engaging in basic tasks and research to contribute to the team's success.
