Jacobs is seeking a FM/OEM Digital Delivery Specialist to develop, manage, and deliver asset information throughout the project lifecycle, enabling efficient operations, maintenance, and asset lifecycle optimization.

You will work across COBie, BIM for FM, digital twins, and data handover, coordinating with design teams, contractors, and owners to ensure accurate, compliant asset data and seamless turnover.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting asset information management, BIM for FM, or digital delivery initiatives.
• Strong understanding of COBie and structured asset data deliverables.
• Experience developing and auditing Asset Information Models (AIM).
• Knowledge of facility operations, maintenance programs, and asset lifecycle principles.
• Working knowledge of BIM, Revit, and model-based asset information delivery.
• Experience supporting digital turnover and owner handover processes.
• Familiarity with ISO 19650, COBie, AIR, OIR, and AIM frameworks.
• Experience integrating BIM and asset data into CMMS/IWMS/CAFM/EAM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage Asset Information Models (AIM) for operations and maintenance.
• Define AIR and OIR; establish asset data standards and governance.
• Validate asset data across design, construction, and turnover phases.
• Lead COBie data collection, validation, and delivery; ensure completeness.
• Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and vendors for asset information.
• Develop asset tagging standards and tracking conventions.
• Support BIM-to-FM workflows and model-based asset management initiatives.
• Coordinate data integration across CMMS, IWMS, CAFM, and EAM platforms.
• Assist in facility digital twin development and performance dashboards.
• Evaluate new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
