24 Seven Talent is seeking a Digital Art Director to lead a fast-paced in-house creative team for a leading retail and eCommerce brand. This hands-on, player-coach role blends strong digital design expertise with team leadership to deliver high-quality creative across web, email, CRM, app, and digital campaigns.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of experience, a strong portfolio, and proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with a track record in retail or eCommerce.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of creative experience, ideally in-house or agency environments.
• 1+ years of experience leading or mentoring creatives preferred.
• Strong portfolio featuring digital, campaign, and brand storytelling work.
• Experience in retail and/or eCommerce strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead concepting, art direction, and design across web, email, CRM, app, and digital campaigns.
• Balance hands-on creative work with mentoring and guiding a small team of designers.
• Maintain high standards for creative quality, consistency, and timely delivery.
• Translate briefs and business goals into compelling, customer-focused creative.
• Partner cross-functionally with marketing, eCommerce, brand, and operations teams.
• Present work clearly and confidently to stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Help improve workflows, scale output, and explore new creative tools and technologies.
