Maintain a comprehensive digital archiving system and be able to locate and retrieve information from files as directed.2. Receives, tracks, and responds to high volume inquiries and requests for stored records from internal and external agencies in a timely manner.3. Processes raw images using the appropriate software.4. Complete timely and accurate documentation or training in accordance with agency policies and procedures and contract and regulatory requirements and standards.5. Meet all deadlines required by program supervisor and federal partners.6. Other duties as assigned.Requirements:1. Pass a pre-employment drug screen and random drug screens throughout employment.2. Provide proof of work eligibility status upon request.3. Pass a pre-employment and biennial criminal background checks.4. Demonstrate the ability to:a. Respond sensitively and competently to the service population’s cultural and socio-economic characteristics.b. Work collaboratively with other staff members, service providers and professionals.c.
