Job summary

Dow Jones is seeking a Digital Operations Intern in New York City for the 2027 summer program. The role supports the Advertising Operations and Revenue Operations teams, with hands-on exposure to campaign management, data analysis, and reporting.

The position is hybrid, requiring in-office presence during the June–August window and collaboration with a mentor and senior leaders. You will gain practical experience across digital advertising processes while learning advanced visualization tools

Qualifications

• Completed at least two years toward a Bachelor's degree. Business Administration or Marketing majors preferred but all applicants are accepted.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and communication skills.
• Some proficiency in Excel or Data Studio.
• Some proficiency in Google Docs or similar.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the execution, monitoring, and optimization of advertising campaigns across various platforms.
• Gain hands-on experience and practical knowledge of the advertising industry.
• Create reports using Google Data Studios, Google Sheets, and other visualization tools.
• Help organize and structure workflow documents.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to advertising operations, including data entry, documentation, and process improvements.
• Collaborate with the analytics and Revenue Operations teams to build at least one report workflow with automated validation testing.
