Job summary

Nexstar Media Group is seeking a Digital Coordinator to join its Digital Advertising Operations team in Irving, TX. The role focuses on trafficking, monitoring, and troubleshooting campaigns across Nexstar’s TV station websites and apps, using GAM, Freewheel, and related platforms.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s level degree, strong communication and organizational skills, and a solid understanding of digital advertising. WordPress exposure and HTML/JavaScript basics are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's level degree preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proven problem-solving drive and ability to execute solutions.
• Fast learner, proactive, friendly, and able to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with digital advertising.

Responsibilities

• Traffic campaigns using multiple ad-serving platforms.
• Review, test, and QA ad creative.
• Ensure all ad orders meet specifications.
• Troubleshoot ad serving errors and report discrepancies.
• Provide reports on campaign delivery and performance.
• Process creative changes and updates.
• Support sales teams with customer service.
• Collaborate to find solutions and improvements.
