Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Nutrition Care Specialist to provide medical nutrition therapy to patients of different age groups using evidence-based standards and validated assessment tools. Develops, implements and communicates the patient's nutritional plan of care which are documented in the patient's electronic medical record (EMR). Provides counseling to inpatients and outpatients on their nutritional needs.
