Job summary

New Braunfels Regional Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Ernest Health, Inc., is seeking a PRN Dietitian to join our team of patient caregivers in New Braunfels, Texas. This per diem role supports inpatient nutrition care for our rehabilitation patients.

The ideal candidate holds a current Dietitian license, preferably with hospital experience. You will coordinate meal planning with the Food Services Manager, assess patients' dietary needs, document care, and contribute to our mission of

Qualifications

• Current Dietitian license required or certified by the Commission on Dietetics, as required by state.
• One year of hospital patient care experience preferred.
• Demonstrates understanding of treatment costs and financial support as they relate to quality and efficiency.
• Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
• General computer skills including data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
• Effective organizational and time management skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
• Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
• Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.
• Ability to utilize leadership skills in delegating, organizing, and educating coworkers and staff.

Responsibilities

Qualifications
