Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Food & Nutrition.
• Registration as a Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Membership in the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics preferred.
• One year of Clinical Dietetics experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Counsel patients per physician orders and diet instructions.
• Coordinate with physicians and nutrition team in patient care.
• Evaluate referral orders to determine adequacy of nutrition intake methods.
• Document patient information in the medical record per standards.
• Implement nutrition care plans and adapt menus for dietary needs.
