Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide inpatient clinical coverage at Our Lady of Fatima Hospital in Providence, Rhode Island. You’ll apply the Nutrition Care Process to deliver personalized nutrition care, counsel patients and staff, and work with an interdisciplinary team to improve outcomes.

Requirements include a Master’s degree in nutrition or ACEND-equivalent, RD/RDN eligibility, and state licensure as applicable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field with ACEND-aligned coursework and supervised practice, or eligible with Bachelor’s degree before 01/01/2024.
• Eligibility for RD/RDN through CDR and registration within 120 days of hire.
• State licensure/certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nutrition care for inpatients according to NCP (assessment, diagnosis, intervention, monitoring, evaluation).
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Provide evidence-based nutrition counseling to patients and staff.
• Adhere to regulatory standards and Sodexo/client policies.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and professional development.
• Support ongoing education and training initiatives.
