Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Registered Dietitian for UMass Memorial HealthAlliance—Clinton Hospital in Leominster, MA. You will provide inpatient nutritional care across several units and apply the Nutrition Care Process to support patient outcomes.

The role involves collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, delivering evidence-based counseling, and participating in quality improvement. A Master’s in nutrition and RD/RDN eligibility are required with licensure as applicable.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field.
• ACEND-accredited supervised practice.
• RD/RDN eligible with registration within 120 days of hire.
• Must meet state licensure/certification requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient medical nutrition therapy using the Nutrition Care Process.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams across units to ensure safe, high-quality care.
• Deliver evidence-based nutrition counseling to patients, staff, students, and foodservice teams.
• Maintain professional practices aligned with regulatory, facility, and Sodexo standards.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives to improve clinical outcomes and service quality.
• Document care and progress in appropriate clinical systems.

Pay Range: $61710 - $79860

Requirements

• Education Requirement:
• Master’s degree in nutrition, dietetics, or related field with required coursework and supervised practice per ACEND guidelines
• OR, for those eligible prior to 1/1/2024: Bachelor’s degree meeting ACEND requirements.
• Management Experience: 0-1 years
• Related Experience: 0-3 years
• Credentials Requirement:
• Meets eligibility for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) via CDR and will become registered within 120 days of hire
• Must meet state licensure/certification requirements at time of hire where applicable
