Job summary

WESTERVILLE is seeking a qualified Dietitian to provide nutrition assessment, counseling, and personalized dietary guidance. The Dietitian will develop individualized nutrition plans, monitor progress, educate clients on healthy eating habits, and collaborate with healthcare professionals when appropriate.

The position requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nutrition/Dietetics, relevant certification, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition/Dietetics.
• Certification or registration as Dietitian/Dietician as required locally.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of nutrition, meal planning and dietary guidelines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Assess clients' nutritional needs and health goals.
• Develop personalized meal and nutrition plans.
• Provide one-on-one nutrition counseling and education.
• Monitor clients' progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate individuals and groups about healthy eating and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Stay current with nutrition research, guidelines, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate patient/client records.
