Job summary

Morrison Healthcare at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Registered Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in an inpatient setting. You will work with a collaborative clinical team to improve patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

Requirements include being a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or eligible by the CDR, and licensure in the state.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Provide comprehensive MNT and develop individualized care plans in inpatient settings.
• Education: Guide nutrition and lifestyle strategies for patients, families, staff, and the community.
• Evidence-Based Practice: Apply current research and diet manual policies to ensure high-quality care.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: Support QAPI initiatives to advance patient outcomes.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: Work with the food service team to achieve patient satisfaction.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: Support growth of staff and dietetic interns.
