Job summary

Responsibilities

• Conduct nutritional assessments for each patient.
• Provide individual meal plans and monitor adherence with patients.
• Facilitate a weekly nutrition education group.
• Eat with patients several meals weekly to observe patterns.
• Attend treatment team meetings and train staff as needed.
