Job summary

The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a Part-time Dietitian Clinical for The Joseph “Eddie” Ballard Western Kentucky Veterans Center in Hanson, Kentucky. You will perform detailed nutritional assessments, prepare diet histories, evaluate resident food patterns, document care plans and participate in team meetings.

Candidates must be licensed as a dietitian by the Kentucky Board and registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a dietitian by the Ky. Board of Licensure and Certification for Dietitians and Nutritionists.
• Must be registered as a dietitian by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• Must maintain required licensure/certification for the length of employment.
• Fingerprinted background check will be conducted prior to offer of employment.

The Joseph "Eddie" Ballard Western Kentucky Veterans Center is a 156-bed long term care facility located in beautiful Hanson, Kentucky that is committed to serving Kentucky’s Veterans by fostering independence, preserving dignity and providing compassionate care.
