Job summary

The Compass Group health services team in Southfield, MI is looking for an HRLY Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in an acute care hospital environment. You will work with a collaborative team to improve patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

You will perform nutrition assessments, develop care plans, and educate patients, families, staff, and the community while supporting professional development and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian in state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred; new grads welcome.

• Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable
• Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply
