Job summary

Monte Nido Rosewood is seeking a Registration/Licensure-Eligible Dietitian to join our team, working with leadership and clinical staff on nutrition care across programs. The role includes on-site meal oversight, nutrition assessments, and contributing to the Master Treatment Plan in a HAES-informed setting.

The position offers 4 on-site days and 1 virtual, with a salary of $60K–$78K per year plus a $15,000 retention bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree plus RD credential or Master’s degree with licensure eligibility
• Minimum one year healthcare experience; psychiatric setting preferred
• CPR/BLS certification required before starting
• Strong computer skills demonstrated
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee meals prepared for clients on campus and ensure proper documentation
• Ensure all nutrition services meet established standards and regulations
• Conduct nutrition assessments of clients and monitor intake
• Participate in development of the Master Treatment Plan with the treatment team
