Job summary

Compass Group USA is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to join Morrison Healthcare at Ochsner Medical Center in New Orleans. The dietitian will provide Medical Nutrition Therapy, nutrition assessment, and interdisciplinary collaboration in an acute care setting to improve patient outcomes.

You will deliver education, participate in quality initiatives, and advance your career with education reimbursement, career programs, board certifications, and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice, if applicable
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with clinical training encouraged

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop care plans
• Education: guide nutrition and lifestyle strategies for patients, families, staff and community
• Evidence-Based Practice: apply latest research per diet manual and facility protocols
• Quality & Performance Improvement: contribute to QAPI initiatives
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: work with food service team to meet patient satisfaction goals
• Mentorship & Professional Development: support growth of staff and dietetic interns
