Job summary

TouchPoint is seeking a Clinical Dietitian in Hoffman Estates, IL to deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy in an acute care setting. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote optimal patient outcomes through evidence-based nutrition care.

Ideal candidates are RDNs or eligible for the CDR exam, licensed in Illinois, with healthcare experience or strong clinical training. Competitive salary and benefits offered in a hospital-affiliated setting.

Qualifications

• Must be an RDN or eligible to sit for the CDR exam.
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice.
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans to promote recovery and improve health outcomes.
• Provide guidance on nutrition and lifestyle strategies to support sustainable, long-term wellness for patients, families, staff, and community.
• Apply the latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols to ensure high-quality, consistent care.
• Contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care and clinical excellence.
• Collaborate with food service management to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Support growth of dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.

Job Summary

What We’re Looking For
