Job summary

Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network in Tacoma seeks a Dietetic Technician to join the Nutrition Services team. You will provide nutritional care to patients, assess needs, counsel families, and support care plans with a collaborative approach in a pediatric hospital setting.

Role is part-time/per diem with day shifts, focusing on delivering high-quality nutrition services to diverse pediatric patients and their families. Registration eligibility within 120 days is required.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietetic Technician or eligibility within 120 days of hire.
• Associates degree in dietetics or food and nutrition per ADA standards.
• Certified Dietary Manager certification or eligibility within 120 days.
• BA/BS in related field with transcripts approved by Director/Clinical Nutrition Manager.

As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $25.73 - $42.52 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant’s years of experience align.
