Job summary

Sodexo is hiring a Dietetic Clerk in Monroe, LA. The role focuses on coordinating patient/resident menus, diet orders, and meal service to support nutritional health.

You will handle labels, tickets, and production tallies, while responding to calls and maintaining nutrition office supplies. We value teamwork, reliability, adaptability, and customer service, with at least 1 year of hospital or extended care food service experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of food service experience in hospital or extended care facility.

Responsibilities

• Organize the patient/resident's menus to ensure accuracy of diet order, timeliness of meal service and smooth food service operations.
• Insure the production of meal tickets, nourishment labels and production tallies for resident/patient menus.
• Respond to telephone inquiries, maintains all office equipment and supply inventory for nutrition office.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
