Job summary

Sodexo is seeking a Dietetic Clerk at OUR LADY OF LOURDES REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER in Lafayette, LA. You will support nutrition services by organizing menus, producing meal tickets and nourishment labels, and helping with meal service efficiency.

You’ll handle telephone inquiries, manage inventory for the nutrition office, and work on-call part-time with flexible shifts. On-site work, training, and benefits are part of Sodexo's commitment to employee wellbeing.

Qualifications

• 1 year of food service experience in hospital or extended care facility.

Responsibilities

• Organize the patient/resident's menus to ensure accuracy of diet order, timeliness of meal service and smooth food service operations.
• Insure the production of meal tickets, nourishment labels and production tallies for resident/patient menus.
• Respond to telephone inquiries, maintains all office equipment and supply inventory for nutrition office.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
