Job summary

LakeHouse Senior Living, LLC is seeking a dining services associate to take meal orders, serve residents, and ensure satisfaction in a friendly, senior-focused environment. No prior hospital experience required, but a caring demeanor is essential.

Responsibilities include maintaining dining areas, staying knowledgeable about menu items, and following safety and cleanliness protocols. Weekend availability is required, with opportunities for growth within Discovery Senior Living.

Responsibilities

• Take meal/drink orders and serve meals in a friendly and timely manner
• Assure residents and guests are satisfied with their meals
• Maintain knowledge of all specials and general description of all food items
• Maintain all side stations and dining areas
• Follow daily and weekly cleaning schedules
• Practice all safety and loss prevention procedures
• Set-up and clean the Dining Room while maintaining or exceeding hospitality and service standards
