Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares and corrects menus for therapeutic diets to ensure nutrition adequacy.
• Maintains electronic patient nutrition records and updates with preferences and allergies.
• Coordinates communication between kitchen production and tray delivery staff.
• Interacts with nursing and clinical nutrition staff to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Utilizes the AIDET protocols to obtain patient menu selections within timeframes.
