Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, visitors, and staff.
• Ability to follow supervisor instructions safely and efficiently.
• Commitment to resident confidentiality and professionalism and adherence to HIPAA/OSHA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation for residents, visitors, and staff, including special events.
• Attend and serve food during in-service or staff meetings as requested.
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment, maintaining sanitary conditions.
• Set and clear tables before and after meals.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen and dining area.
