• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen, work areas, and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist with food preparation, including washing, cutting, and portioning ingredients.
• Follow infection control and food safety procedures at all times.
• Stock supplies and maintain inventory levels as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients, visitors, and staff.
• Assist with dishwashing and waste disposal as required.
• Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards (e.g., Joint Commission, OSHA, HACCP).
