The Crossing at Tellico Village is hiring a Dietary Server to support meal service for residents in a caring, sanitary dining environment. You will assist with meal delivery and cleanup, while maintaining a welcoming dining room.

We seek compassionate individuals with a passion for senior care, strong communication skills, and flexibility to support a dynamic team in a LTC setting. Competitive wages and benefits are provided.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• One year of experience in a dietary department in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills are required.

Responsabilidades

What Will You Do in This Role?

As a Dietary Server, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks in service and clean up for meals served to residents in the community. You will also maintain an attractive and sanitary dining room, meal service, and delivery.

• A fire and passion for working with seniors
• A flexible, fun, and energetic personality
• High school diploma, or equivalent, required
• One year of experience in a dietary department in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting preferred
• Professional image in both appearance and behavior
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
