Job Details

Springfield Rehabilitation and HealthCare Center is looking for a Resident Assistant to join our team! The Resident Assistant/ Hospitality Aide assists residents during meals by providing a safe and clean environment for residents during meal times.

We are a 146 bed facility with a home like environment and a new 30 bed rehab wing! We are pleased to share we are the 2025 AHCA Silver Award Winner!

Position Highlights

Prepares residents for meals and services, removes food trays and assists with meals or assists residents with eating.
Distributes drinking water, ice and other nourishments to patients
