Peterson Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an experienced, organized, and compassionate Dietary Manager to lead our Dietary Services Department. If you are passionate about providing nutritious, high-quality meals while leading a dedicated team, we'd love to have you join us.

As the Dietary Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the Dietary Department while ensuring residents receive nutritious, appetizing meals that meet their individual dietary needs.
Responsibilities include:
Manage the daily operations of the Dietary Department
Supervise, schedule, train, and support dietary staff
Ensure meals are prepared and served in accordance with physician orders, resident preferences, and therapeutic diets
Work closely with the Registered Dietitian and interdisciplinary team to provide quality nutritional care
Monitor food quality, portion control, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards
Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations
Manage food ordering, inventory, and departmental budgets
Ensure proper documentation and department records are maintained
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and survey readiness
Foster a positive dining experience for residents and their families
Previous dietary management experience in a healthcare, rehabilitation, or long-term care setting preferred
Knowledge of therapeutic diets, food safety, and sanitation regulations
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment
Passion for providing exceptional service and resident-centered care
