Job summary

The Care Center is seeking a reliable Dietary Cook to join our kitchen team. You will be responsible for preparing nutritious, well-balanced meals for residents according to standardized recipes, while maintaining timely service and high quality.

Strong time management and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential, as is the willingness to work collaboratively with staff and take a leadership role when needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to standardized recipes in a safe and sanitary manner.
• Manage ingredients and leftovers to reduce waste.
• Ensure meals are prepared, portioned, and served according to dietary plans.
• Maintain cleanliness by sanitizing kitchen equipment and work areas.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and twisting as required.
