Qualifications

• One year dietary experience in hospital or related facility preferred.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly.

Responsibilities

• Complies with departmental policy and regulations.
• Reviews and assists with menu extensions.
• Prepares meals according to planned menus and recipes.
• Serves meals with proper portion control and appearance.
• Maintains food handling techniques and safety.
• Performs daily and scheduled cleaning and labeling.
• Receives and stores incoming food and supplies.
• Attends staff meetings and supports supervisors.
