Job summary

Altercare Nobles Pond in Canton, Ohio, is hiring a Dietary Cook to join our award-winning dietary department. You will prepare meals for residents and special functions, following menus that include therapeutic diets and mechanical alterations, while maintaining sanitation and production standards.

No experience is required, and healthcare experience is a plus. We offer a $1000 sign-on bonus for qualifying full-time or part-time staff, with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement

Qualifications

• Be able to work productively with department heads and personnel to meet the goals and strategies of the facility.
• No experience needed; healthcare setting experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food for residents and special functions following menus including therapeutic diets and production procedures.
• Follows sanitation and production procedures as set forth by the Dietary Manager to ensure optimum quality at all times.
