Job summary

You will work with the Dietary Director under established procedures, support residents with meals, and help maintain high safety and sanitation standards.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of the fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet and remain current with state specific requirements for food handler training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with resident diet specifications and safety regulations.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and procedures.
• Support the dietary team in meal preparation and service.
