Job summary

Davidson Health & Rehab Center is seeking a part-time dietary team member to prepare meals per resident diet specs in a skilled nursing setting. You will follow strict sanitation rules and the facility's policies, under supervision of the Food Service Director.

The role includes evening shifts 11:30a–8:00p, paying $18.00 per hour. Benefits and PTO are available, with opportunities for tuition assistance and career growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Knowledge of fundamentals of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet state requirements for food handler training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food in accordance with prescribed resident diet specifications and procedures.
• Follow health, sanitary and infection control policies and the community's Dietary Policies and Procedures.
• Support the Food Service Director in daily operations and quality standards.
