Job summary

Legends Care Center is seeking full-time and part-time Dietary Cooks to provide accurate, timely food service for residents in compliance with all dietary guidelines. The role also involves maintaining equipment in a safe, sanitary state and ensuring proper labeling and serving of meals.

Hours include 1:30pm-7:00pm or 5:30am-12:30pm with weekend availability required. Candidates should have at least one year in a dietary position and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• One year of experience in a dietary position.
• 0 At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Follow menus and prepare food and beverages
• Organize duties to complete tray service in a timely manner
• Assure kitchen equipment and surfaces are clean and sanitized according to dietary procedures
• Store food in compliance with dietary procedures
• Assist in preparing, covering, and labeling food
• Perform other related duties as directed by his/her supervisor
• Must be available on weekends
