Belleview Care Center is seeking a dedicated Cook to join our culinary team. You will prepare and cook meals, uphold food safety standards, and help maintain a clean, organized kitchen to deliver quality dining experiences for residents.

We value teamwork, strong knife skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, are available to support resident care and kitchen operations.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food handling, and safety practices.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods.
• A passion for cooking and creativity in meal presentation.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and be self-motivated.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes and menus.
• Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
