Job summary

Eagle Creek Nursing Center in Ohio is seeking a Dietary Aide who will also assist in cooking when needed. You will prepare meals according to resident diet specifications and maintain clean kitchen and dining areas under the supervision of the Food Service Director.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Working knowledge of food safety and sanitation.
• Must meet state requirements for food handler training.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food according to resident diet specifications and community procedures.
• Assist in food preparation and service as the Dietary Aide when needed.
• Maintain clean and sanitary kitchen and dining areas and follow health and infection control policies.
